Sunsuites Carolina has existed in its present form since October 2000. When I started this project, my main concern was to offer my guests a particularly caring service, which is often lacking in the aparthotels of Gran Canaria.
I believe that it is important to be comfortable while on vacation – the apartment must be clean and tidy! The equipment should be practical and complete. The beds should be cosily dressed, with comforter covers and good pillows, and the furnishings and facilities should be comfortable and modern.
In my opinion, everyone appreciates being treated in a friendly and positive manner: a staff that chooses to say “yes” rather than “no”.
The staff at Sunsuites Carolina has understood that words like attentiveness and humility are key in our industry, and that satisfied customers are key! Just take a look at our guest books when you come. We are very proud of all the compliments we receive.
I sincerely believe in close contact with my guests. That is why you will meet staff at the reception, at the pool or on the way to the apartments. The fact that we speak the language of the guests is no coincidence. On the contrary, I am convinced that most of them find it pleasant and easy to receive advice and recommendations in their own language, or to be able to chat for a while and exchange experiences.
I think it is these details that make a vacation so much more pleasant. From a cheerful “Good morning” to the freshly baked bread we hang on the door every morning. Or getting help with the luggage, or finding flowers in the bathroom or on the desk. Small details that on their own are not so important, but that together make the vacation much more pleasant.
