ABOUT SUNSUITES CAROLINA
Sunsuites was created in 2000 and is located just a hundred metres from the Atlantic Ocean in San Agustin. Close to both Playa de las Burras and Playa de San Agustin.
- Sunsuites Carolina consists of 33 high quality apartments. You choose whether you want to stay with a balcony or a terrace. Two of our apartments are suites, as they have a more complete kitchen, larger balcony/terrace and two bedrooms. The rest of the apartments have one bedroom.
- The bedroom consists of two separate beds, each measuring 90 x 200 cm. The beds have been brought from Denmark while most of the sheets, duvets and pillows come from Värnamo Sängkläder in Sweden.
- The windows in the bedroom facing the shopping centre are fitted with triple paned glass to avoid sleepless nights.
- A ceiling fan is available in all bedrooms and the apartments are also equipped with air conditioning for both cooling and heating. There is an extra charge for this (see under “information” and “we offer”).
- Our bathrooms are equipped with a large shower. They are spacious with plenty of room for all toiletries. You will also find a bathrobe here.
- The well-equipped kitchen is connected to the living room. If you are missing something any equipment, we probably have it in storage, just ask at the reception.
- All apartments have wi-fi with high-speed connection, which ensures fast and secure navigation or streaming. Our TV’s are equipped with chromecast so everyone can watch their favorite shows.
- The inviting pool is heated and keeps, at a minimum, about 24 degrees. Alongside the adult pool, there is also a smaller children’s pool.

BALCONY APARTMENT
At Sunsuites Carolina there are 15 apartments with balconies, and a wonderful view. These views are slightly better than the view from the apartments with terrace and they also have more privacy.
They are on the second floor and there are about 10-15 steps to access the apartment.
The apartments are about 40 square meters; they have one bedroom, bathroom with shower, living room with kitchen and balcony.
These apartments can accommodate two people in full-size beds. For an additional 15 euros + tax per day, a third person can be accommodated in an extra bed.
TERRACE APARTMENT
Our 16 apartments with terrace are located next to the swimming pool. The terrace is larger in surface area than the balconies, with the proximity and convenience of coming and going to the pool. Many of them can be reached without going down steps, others require going down 1 to 6 steps.
The apartments are approximately 40 square meters in size, with full or limited sea views; they have a bedroom, bathroom with shower, living room with kitchen and terrace.
These apartments can accommodate two people in normal beds. For an additional 15 euros + taxes per day, a third person is allowed to stay in an extra bed.
SUITE CAROLINA
Spacious and lovely suite with a terrace. The terrace is larger in area than the other terraces, with the proximity and convenience of getting to and from the pool. In front of the terrace there is a nice, spacious green lawn that becomes an extension to the already wide balcony.
The apartment is about 70 square meters in size, has two bedrooms for a total of 4 people, kitchen with dining area, living room and bathroom.
As in the one-bedroom apartments, an extra bed can be added at a cost of 15 euros + tax per day.
SUITE JULIA
This is our two-bedroom suite on the upper floor and thus has an even better view than the other apartments with balcony.The view from the large balcony is unique, from here you have a full view of the pool area, the Atlantic Ocean and the sand dunes of Maspalomas.
The apartment is about 70 square meters large, has two bedrooms for a total of 4 people, kitchen with dining area, living room, bathroom and an extra toilet.
As in the one-bedroom apartments, an extra bed can be added at a cost of 15 euros + tax per day.
