SERVICES
A/C
Air conditioning is available in all Sunsuites apartments.
The system is switched on, changed and switched off using a remote control.
For our Collection customers, as well as for those who have booked directly with us, the a/c (air conditioning) is included in the price.
For other guests the cost is 10 euros per day. Please let us know at the reception and we will arrange a remote control for you.
BREAD
Every morning, around 07.00, we hang freshly baked bread outside your door.
We distribute one loaf per person per day. There is a variety of bread that can be delivered to your door.
If you don’t want bread, please let us know at the reception desk so we don’t have to throw away leftover bread.
Unfortunately, we do not have access to gluten-free bread, but it is available in the grocery stores across the street.
CHROMECAST
All Sunsuites apartments are equipped with a Chromecast.
With this you can transfer audio and video from your phone/tablet to the TV in the apartment.
Make sure you have installed the apps you want to use to enjoy your favourite entertainment during your holiday.

EXTRA BED
Most of our apartments at both Sunsuites Carolina and Sunsuites Collection Las Flores can accommodate one person in an extra bed.
The third person in one-bedroom apartments, and the fifth person in two-bedroom apartments pays 15 euros + 7% tax per day.
We ask you inform us about possible extra persons already at the time of booking so that we can prepare your apartment in the best possible way.
Cots for small children up to 2 years are free of charge. In these cases, we also provide a high chair and a bathtub in the apartment.
EXTRA UTENSILS
Are you missing something in your apartment?
Let us know at reception and we’ll take care of it. In our warehouse we have microwaves, sharp knives, graters, garlic presses, vases, and much much more.
ICE
In front of the reception you will find our freezer where we store ice cubes. Just drop by and pick up a bag of ice whenever you wish. The service is free of charge.
For our Collection guests, a bag of ice is in the apartment freezer upon arrival. But when it’s finished, you can refill it by stopping by reception.
POOL
The pool at Sunsuites Carolina is heated and maintains a minimum of 24 degrees all year round.
+The pool is open from:
09.00 – 20.00 May – September
09.00 – 18.00 the rest of the year.
PLEASE NOTE!
-Children must not be left alone at the pool. At least one adult must be present.
-Reservation of sun beds is prohibited!
-Always shower before using the pool.
-Diving, ball games, mattresses and other materials that may disturb other guests are not allowed.
In case of accident – call 112.
RECEPTION
The reception is open from 08.00 – 20.00 every day. During the night there is a security guard patrolling the area.
At the reception you can meet our friendly receptionists. We are here to help, so feel free to get in touch.

-Borrow books from our library
-Get free ice cubes
-Buy ice cream and soft drinks
-Drink cold water for free
-Buy beer, wine, and cava
-Buy postcards and stamps
-Rent a car and make reservations at attractions/restaurants
-Order a taxi
And much, much more.
SAFE
All apartments have a safe in the wardrobe.
The safe should be open on your arrival. You will have to close the door, choose and enter your own code, (consisting of six digits) and finish by pressing the star.
To open the safe again, simply enter the six digits.
LAUNDRY
We charge a fee of 10 euros for washing and drying one batch.
We ask you to sort your laundry so that our staff only has to empty the bag into the washing machine.
It is up to you whether you want us to dry the clothes after they have been washed.
Unfortunately, we do not have ironing facilities. However, we do offer you the use of an iron and ironing board. Please let us know at reception and we will bring them up.
Collection guests have both iron and board in their apartments.
WAKE-UP
We are happy to help with the wake-up call.
Just let us know at reception and we or the security guard will knock on your door when it’s time to get up.
PLANTS
HERBS
To make cooking easier and better, we have some herbs at the back, facing the shopping centre.
You will find them along the path leading to the different apartments.
Usually you can find basil, chives and parsley here.
Please feel free to pick!
FRUIT TREES
Around Sunsuites Carolina you will find several fruit trees; orange, lemon, mandarin, grapes, mango, banana are some examples.
In addition, avocados and olives are planted, although they have not started to produce yet…
Wi-Fi
All our apartments are equipped with a high speed wi-fi connection, which guarantees fast and secure internet access.
The name of the network and the login code can be found in the instruction book in the apartment.
+The pool area has two separate networks that can be used:
–AGP1 with the password sunsuites1
–AGP2 with the password sunsuites2
