This property has the following check-in and check-out times and policies:

Check-In: 2:00 PM

Check-Out: 11:00 AM

Late Check-out Hour: 7:00 PM

Late Check-out Fees: €35.00

Late check-out (after 11:00 AM and before 7:00 PM) may result in a fee.

Property and Cancellation Policies :

The client may request changes to their stay (dates and/or type of accommodation) by sending a written request by e-mail to info@sunsuites.es, which will be dealt with according to availability and possibilities existing at the time of the request. If there is no possibility of making the requested changes, the client will have to carry out the stay in accordance with the initial conditions of the reservation or cancel it in accordance with the cancellation conditions.
 
In the event of cancellation for reasons attributable to EUROSERVICIOS CANARIAS, the stay will be fully refunded. However, this cancellation shall not give rise to the payment of damages.
 
In case of cancellation up to 30 days before the date of arrival of the client, for stays between the dates of 1st October and 30th April, there will be no charge.
 
In case of cancellation within 30 days prior to the date of arrival of the client, for stays between 1 October and 30 April, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the price of the stay.
 
In case of cancellation up to 7 days before the date of arrival of the client, for stays between 1 May and 30 September, there will be no charge.
 
In case of cancellation within 7 days prior to the date of arrival of the client, for stays between 1 May and 30 September, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the price of the stay.
Terms and Conditions


Prices are per room per night.

 
The prices are only valid in writing and for the period of time indicated therein. EUROSERVICIOS CANARIAS reserves the right to modify these prices without prior notice.
 
The prices relating to the booking will be indicated to you during the booking process. The prices are subject to the Canary Islands Tax (I.G.I.C.) in place at any given time, without excluding the possibility of additional taxes being applied in accordance with the local regulations in force in each of the countries.
 
In the event that the tax rate changes between the date of booking and the date of delivery of the services, generating a disparity, according to tax regulations, the tax rate to be applied to the final price will be that which corresponds at the time of delivery of the services or the accrual of the tax, even in cases where this will cause an increase in relation to the final price indicated to the client during the booking.
 

Terms of payment and check-in and check-out.

 
Check-in will take place from 14:00 hours. In the event that your check-in time does not coincide with the established check-in time, you must contact reception at least 48 hours before the established check-in date in order to see if it is possible to change the check-in time.
 
Check-out will be before 11:00 noon. If the client wishes to stay longer, we have the option of late check-out for a price of 35,00€. This option is subject to the flat not having a check-in on the same day.
 
EUROSERVICIOS CANARIAS is not responsible for the security of luggage during the check-in and check-out process. It is the client’s obligation to keep the luggage with them until they leave the flat.

 

Staying with minors.

 
Minors under 18 years of age must stay in the flat accompanied by their parents, guardians or adults duly authorised by them. Sunsuites staff may require relevant documentation identifying the adults as their parents/guardians or authorised persons.
 

Accessibility or special needs.

 
Out of respect for other guests, animals are not allowed in the complex. There are people who may have allergies or certain preferences, and therefore we cannot allow them into the complex.
 
The exception to this rule is companion animals. If you suffer from an illness or disability, you are entitled to bring your companion animal with you. In this case, please contact us before your arrival to make arrangements.
 

There is an entrance ramp and access for people with disabilities.

 

Resolution of problems.

 
The customer has at his disposal the complaint forms at reception, as well as the QR code for its download.

We inform you that the data provided by the Account Holder are processed by EUROSERVICIOS CANARIAS for the following purposes:
– To manage the completion of the bookings and/or pre-bookings requested by the user.
– Sending confirmation or documentation of the booking made.
– In the event of consent being given, the sending of commercial communications by EUROSERVICIOS CANARIAS.
 
For the correct provision of the services EUROSERVICIOS CANARIAS will process the following categories of data:
– Identification data: name, surname, nationality.
– Contact data: e-mail address, telephone number.
– Transaction data of goods and services in EUROSERVICIOS CANARIAS: Products and services purchased or in which you show interest.
– Preferences for your stay.
– Economic, financial and insurance data.
– Other data: data provided by the interested parties themselves in the open fields.
 
The data requested from the Holder are mandatory for the proper provision of services and, therefore, refusal to provide them will mean the impossibility of providing them. In those cases in which data that are not obligatory are requested, this will be indicated on the same form.
 
In the event that the user provides data of third parties, he/she declares that he/she has their consent and undertakes to pass on the information contained in the Privacy Policy, exempting EUROSERVICIOS CANARIAS from any liability in this regard.
 
The legitimation for the processing of your personal data shall be the execution of the contract between the parties. In the case of the sending of commercial communications, it will be the consent of the owner.
 
The consents obtained for the aforementioned purposes are independent, so the user may revoke only one of them without affecting the others.

The client’s data will not be communicated to third parties.
 
The personal data provided shall be kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and, once this relationship has ended, for the period of limitation of any legal actions that may arise from it.
 
In relation to data for the sending of commercial communications, the data will be kept as long as the user does not revoke the consent given. However, in the event of withdrawal of consent, this shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing previously carried out.
 
In the event that the Data Controller provides, at any time, data of third parties, he/she declares that he/she has the consent of said third parties and undertakes to transfer the information contained in this clause to them, as well as to inform EUROSERVICIOS CANARIAS of any change or update relating to said data.
 
You may exercise, by writing to the e-mail address info@sunsuites.es with the Reference ”Data Protection”, attaching a photocopy of your identity document, at any time and free of charge, the following rights:
– To revoke the consent granted for the processing and communication of their personal data.
– Obtain information about the existence or non-existence of the processing of their personal data.
– Access your personal data.
– Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
– Request the deletion of their data when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
– To limit the processing of data when any of the conditions provided for in the data protection regulations are met.
– In certain circumstances and for reasons related to their particular situation, data subjects may object to the processing of their data.

– Request the portability of their data.

You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency, at the following address: Calle de Jorge Juan, 6, 28001 Madrid, when you consider that the data controller has infringed the rights recognised by the data protection regulations.
 

Responsibility.

 
EUROSERVICIOS CANARIAS does not guarantee the reliability, availability or continuity of the services made available to the user, and therefore excludes any liability for damages and/or losses that may be due to the lack of availability, reliability or continuity of its web page or its services, although it will try to provide, to the best of its ability, technical assistance to the person affected, as well as trying to immediately re-establish the interruption, making available, to the best of its ability, alternative means.
 
Likewise, it is not obliged to control, and does not control in advance, the absence of viruses or elements in the contents, which may cause alterations in the software or hardware of the users or persons visiting the pages, and therefore shall not be liable for damages of any nature that may derive from the same.
 
If EUROSERVICIOS CANARIAS, despite acting with due foresight and diligence, is unable to provide the contracted rooms for reasons that are not attributable to them and if it is impossible to provide the services under the agreed conditions, it will offer the user the possibility of opting for a full refund of the amount paid or for a replacement with another of similar characteristics in terms of category or quality. If the substitution results in a service of inferior category or quality, the difference shall not be refunded.
 

Events of force majeure.

 
The cancellation of the stay due to force majeure, unforeseeable circumstances or coercion, understood as any unforeseeable and exceptional situation or event that is beyond the control of EUROSERVICIOS CANARIAS and prevents it from fulfilling any of its obligations to the client and which is unavoidable despite due diligence, including but not limited to: strike, labour dispute, war (whether declared or not) or threat, invasion, revolt, terrorist attack or threat, terrorist activities, riots, industrial disputes, natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, hurricane, earthquake, fire, flood, snowstorm, explosion, storm, sinking, epidemic, pandemic or endemic, impossibility of using trains, ships, planes, motor transport or other means of transport, public or private, impossibility of using telecommunications systems, supervening breakdown, transport accidents, etc.
